Our Purpose

The Problem

There are more than 541,000 individuals living with an upper limb amputation in the U.S. alone, and current upper-limb prosthetics can provide basic to advanced functionality in a prosthesis.

The Need

Currently, prosthetics operate in only one direction: from the user to the prosthetic. However, there is no solution that offers a device that can do the opposite. There is a need for a device that can provide sensory feedback to the user to further enhance his or her experience.

The Solution

ReFeel sensory feedback device aims to enhance the prosthesis user experience. It is an aftermarket designed to increase functionality. Various sensors are integrated into a sleeve that is easy to use and convenient to wear.
